Hello,
Sorry for the trouble caused, we will do some troubleshooting and try to fix it.
Are all the LEDs on the WR845N solid on and no internet access both on wired devices as well as on the wireless clients? What if you connect a computer to the ISP modem directly, will the internet still work properly?
When the network stops working on the WR845N, please check the IP address and default gateway with your computer connected to it and show me the status-details page. Instruction as below:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/838/
Can you ping the default gateway on the computer?
Do you mean the hardware reset will not help either? If so, how did you get the internet back? Please try to reset the router by holding the RESET button for more than 8s and confirm again.
Thanks a lot.

Hey @Kevin_Z, hope you're doing fine
I followed your instructions, hard reset my router WR845n. But the hard reset did not resolve the freezing issue. Is there anything else I can try?
I have updated the software to the latest version also. Please help.

Hello, sorry to hear that.
May I know the hardware version and firmware version of your WR845N now? Please kindly show me the screenshots or device label, thanks.
If the reset still doesn't help, may I know how did you recover the connection? By powering it off then power it back on? How often does this freezing issue happen?
When and where did you purchase this WR845N?
Good day.

Hi @Kevin_Z,
Firmware Version:0.9.1 4.16 v0001.0 Build 170609 Rel.54040n
Hardware Version: TL-WR845N v3 00000003
Most of the time I have to restart the router for reconnection, but sometimes the network works again itself after a freeze.
During this freeze, even the TP-link login page doesn't open. But when I'm connected to it via LAN, the TP-Link login page opens even while it's freeze.
Right now I am using my notebook pc via LAN to the router because of the freezing issue of the router. I purchased my router over a year ago from an authorized seller in Pakistan. This freezing issue started maybe a month ago.
