Will deco support external usb modems, which is detected by computers (windows,linux,mac) as usb ethernet device and work without any driver installation? Currently modem indicate successfull 4g network connection after insertion to deco. But no internet available.

The Deco M9 Plus does not support 3/4G router mode, which means it cannot work with the 4G modem together.

This modem acts as usb-ethernet converter (also known "ethernet over usb").So deco m9 just need to support use new network interface as WAN port. If deco have linux kernel, then only routing table and firewall rules should be corrected.
