Model: TL-WPA9610 KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.2 Build 20171018 Rel.62438

I have just purchased a WPA8630P to add to my existing network that includes a WPA9610. I'm using MAC filtering to permit client access to the network and have Wi-Fi Move enabled on both devices to clone the various settings including the MAC filter list to the other device.

Hoever Wi-Fi move appears to be broken - the MAC filter list was cloned as expected from the 9610 to the 8630P but no devices could connect to the 8630P. Turning off Wi-FI Move and then recreating the MAC filter list from scratch on the 8630P resolved the issue - devices in the filter list were able to connect and authenticate to the 8630P.

I've not discovered any other workaround other than the above.

The WPA8630P is hardware v2.1 and firmware version 2.1.0 Build 20171117 Rel.42724.
