Hello!
I'm new to the whole powerline community so my questions will be kinda basic.
I bought a AV600 2-port powerline kit (TL-PA4022P).
After i installed tpPLC Utility,ive noticed the update option.So ive searched a little and i found a firmware update.
My powerline version is 3.1(EU)
My problem is:
While i can update the 2nd device shown in the utility,i cant update the first one,no matter what i do,it keeps saying 'update failed'

Providing photos to explain what happens.
Anyone can help?Do i do smt wrong?Maybe the primary device doesnt have to be updated?

From the picture attached, we found that the firmware of the adapter is the latest one already.

You do not have to update it. Good day.

Thanks for the fast response.Can you please take a 2nd look -no offence sir- cause i posted the pictures on purpose to show that,the last photo has '402113' after i downloaded the latest firmware from the TP-LINK download center (V3 etc) but the 12st photo shows the '401114' firmware & the photo that fails to update to the version of the 2nd device.

Hello, we did a test at our lab with a pair of TL-PA4022Pkit. The TL-PA4020P unit has the same firmware version as you mentioned, while the second unit is different. We used a TL-PA4010P V4, and the firmware is 401114_190820, which is the latest firmware for V4, and there is a firmware 180516 for V4 also.

 

So please confirm the hardware version of the TL-PA4010P, if it is V4, you can click the download link below to get the latest firmware.
