Hello! 

I am using my router from India in Delft, Netherlnads. It has a red light (spaceship like icon) light in red. It is not connecting to the internet. 

I just bought a brand new cable from BCC and it still wont work. PLease help!!

The red internet led means that the internet does not work yet. 

 

Have you ever configured it with the username and password given by ISP? What is the device connected to the WAN/Blue port of the Archer C1200? 

 

Please log into the web UI of the Archer C1200 and show us a screenshot of the status page.
