Model: AC500
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: AC750 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit ADSL2+ Modem Router

I am trying to find the place to view or print a log for the devices connected as far back as 01 December 2019. Our home was broken into and i need to supply PlayStation with the mac address for the device in order to assist with tracing. And directions on obtaining this information will be greatly appreciated.

By chance did you use port forwarding and IP address reservation for the play station? If so you may be able to see it there or from one of your backups. Also do you have the original box the PS came in as many devices have it printed on the box. It may be in the barcode of the box.

@ArcherC8 unfortunately neither of those two options.

Playstation is also about 1.6 years old now, long since thrown the box away. Would my ISP also have this MAC data somewhere? could be worth trying them if they record the devices from my ip address,
