Any time you have speed issues, bypass the router and connect direct to the modem via ethernet cable and do your speed checks. More often than not, it is the ISP. You can also try power cycle the modem, router, and devices.

Hi Kevin, But while buying box shows, it can support upto 300Mbps and 433Mbps? Please confirm. I am also facing the same problem. i've speed of 200Mbps but get around 60 to 80Mps even on LAN though the router. Without router i get full speed.

Most likely your router has 100 Mbps ethernet port so you can't get above 100 Mbps when connecting to C20 router using ethernet cable. You can try to connect with router wifi 5Ghz either by connecting smartphone or laptop (make sure you have ac wifi adapter card in your laptop) and do the test placing your laptop or smartphone. Once connected, check the link speed, If your laptop or smartphone is connected with a link speed of 433 Mbps (max. of C20 router for 5 GHz). You should get around above 100 Mbps but below 200 Mbps it in the test. Do test with different server. You most likely won't get 200 Mbps router because 433 Mbps is theoretical speed but the practically in my experience, they give only maximum of 30-40% of maximum router speed for that band and therefore, for 5GHz band with maximum of 433 Mbps may give you around 130-170 Mbps only.

I just looked up the specs and both the C50 and C20 have LAN and WAN sppeds of 100 max. So for a wired connection that is the max speed you can get. Your wireless speed between your device and the router may be higher but the max speed you will get through the router is 100 since that is the max speed beween the modem and router. That is something that is not made real clear by the router companies.
