TPLink AV500, connected but no internet
I have a problem, im using the TPLINK AV 500 for almost a year, and never had any problems. Lately the powerline extenders have no internet connection, They are connected but dont have any internet. Looking on my phone it says: connected but no internet.
What to do next...?

May I know did you try the suggestion provided by @Kathy_Z on this thread and manually set up static IP for the wireless powerline unit?

If still the same problem, may I know how often does that happen?
Please connect a computer to router by Ethernet cable ( same cable that main powerline adapter is using) and check do you have any Internet?
Please send us a photo of the IP address on PC when wired to router. https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/838/
If connected to WPA4220 the wifi adapter by WiFi or by wire, what is the IP address & Gateway on your computer?

Hi,
I have the same problem as everyone else here, I linked my AV600 to my router but, I can surf into the extender but I cant get internet when connected to it, wireless or by cable.
I have tried to change the gateway and dns as someone put a screenshot of but it did not do any difference.
What should I do, any suggestion?
I have a ASUS router CT8.
