@JessMN Which ddns service are you using? The router you use should not be an issue as it is the ISP's IP address assigned to you. The router ddns set up is to notify the ddns if the IP changes.

@393 Try a factory reset and reneter your settings.

@PETERV6 Go the Advance setting. then network, then to the LAN settings to change it.
