@JessMN Which ddns service are you using? The router you use should not be an issue as it is the ISP's IP address assigned to you. The router ddns set up is to notify the ddns if the IP changes.

@Steve_Winter1 No mater what company you go to, support most times leave a lot to be desired. Without specific equipment in your house, I do not know of a way anyone can tell which frequency is best...
