@Boihh According to its tech specs - AX10 doesn't support AX on its 2.4GHz band: The same can be seen in its datasheet as well - here.

@_martincjto Usually this limitation comes from a faulty ethernet cable. Replacing with another, quality made cable of CAT 5E or above should resolve this issue.

@Hassan_binzahid Since you've bought the router in Dubai - their local market uses (EU) FW version and there's no way to use the UNII-3 or ISM bands - they simply don't support them.
