The installation guide specifically says "use the 10G SFP+ cable (TXC432-CU1M/TXC432-CU3M of TP-LINK for example)" without any mention of optical links, so I wanted to make sure - just in case there...

Would it work to stack a few of these switches in a ring using optical SFP+ modules and fiber links, instead of (too short) copper cables?
