PVID is the same thing, as native vlan. Only untagged traffic will be tagged with VLAN ID of PVID. You have tagged traffic in VLAN 30, 40, which goes from AP, so I see no sense to make pvid 30.

No, 2.5gbps shoud have hardware chipset support. It is not related to software (firmware). It is common situation, that devices with 10Gbps doesn't support 2,5gbps or 5gbps.
