@Solla-topee No luck with that, the reset process doesn't work. I have tried pressing the button for over a minute, and the camera never changes it's state. Solid red led for hours.

My camera started a firmware update (led flashing green quickly) but we had a power outage. Now my camera wont start. When plugged in, the led it stays on a solid red and the camera can't be accessed...
