Model: Tapo C120
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.3 build 241119

My camera started a firmware update (led flashing green quickly) but we had a power outage. Now my camera wont start. When plugged in, the led it stays on a solid red and the camera can't be accessed via the app, nor it can be re-configured since it doesn't come up when searching for nearby devices.

I think it's bricked

Hi,
You can refer to Case 2 in the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?
Best Regards

No luck with that, the reset process doesn't work. I have tried pressing the button for over a minute, and the camera never changes it's state. Solid red led for hours.

Hi,
If the camera does not respond to the reset operation, you can contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
Best Regards
