@thewatcher They were going to replace the failed unit, but I had to ship it back ot their repair centre at my own cost. Rather buy another product that I know wont fail again in a few weeks /...

An update to this. They have RMAed the item, but they wont pay for shipping of it back to be replaced. For a £10 item its not worth the admin. Horrible customer service tbf.
