Hi, I have had a KP303 for 2 days and outlet 1 does not power-up. I have reset the plug, the router and the app. Does this need to be returned as faulty?

Did TP-lInk respond to any of these queries? I need to be able to do a static route for my Starlink connection. It looks likes I might need to ditch x20 for another mesh brand that does support...
