App doesn't work and not keeps loading everytime
Hi team,
Whenever I open the app and look for the live video it sis keep on loading and after few seconds it will ask for refresh even after refresh it is not showing any video.
This happens every time,please help me how to fix this. I can confidently say that my network is strong the network issue is not a problem.

What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and send us the RSSI value.
2. Please list the troubleshooting you did.
3. You can try to factory reset the camera and reconfigure it, then check if it will solve the issue.
