Unable to detech Wi-Fi name
Hi. May Tapo device is unable to connect on my 2.4G Wi-Fi already done conduct a basic troubleshooting but still my device is blinking green and red. Please make an action regards on this. Thank you.

What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. Can't you find the router's Wi-Fi name when configuring the camera? If so, can you find the Wi-Fi name on your phone Settings > Wi-Fi page?
2. What's the model number of your router? What's the 2.4G Wi-Fi channel on your router?
3. Can you find other Wi-Fi networks on the camera when configuring it?
