Hi I had 2 C100s in my property, they have worked fine for years. I added a 500 outside camera today. It works fine but both indoor cameras now say offline. I have tried re adding etc but it keeps saying cannot find my Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi is fine as the 500 is connected ??

Hi,
You can refer to the link below to troubleshoot if you fail to set up your Tapo camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. The MAC address of the Tapo C100.
2. The LED status on the Tapo C100.
3. Please ensure the Tapo app is up to date.
4. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reconfigure the camera to connect to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if it will connect successfully.
