TC65 often goes offline.
TC65 often goes offline. At that time, the LED lights orange.
With the same symptoms, I asked support to replace it with a new one, but the symptoms are the same.
What else should I look into?

@yotsuba Is the LED on the camera always orange? When the camera is online on the Tapo app, is your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera?
If so, disable the Wi-Fi on your phone, and using the mobile data, will the camera display offline?

No, it's usually green. But when it's offline, it's orange.
The camera is the same WiFi.
When the camera went offline, I turned off Wifi but the camera remained offline.

Hi,
1. What's the model number of your router? Please confirm your router provides a stable internet connection for your devices.
2. Enable a separate Wi-Fi network on your router for the camera to connect only, such as enabling a 2.4G guest network. Then check if the camera will work fine.
3. Refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log for analysis if the problem remains.

I have 2 x TC65 cameras which are positioned together. They've worked fine for a couple of years but since start of January are disconnecting too. I have 2 x other cameras which are unaffected. I've also tried various methods to switch off, disconnect, reset etc but eventually they just disconnect. Is there an issue affecting this model following an update?
