  @Userme

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the unstable issue.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going Offline?

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. How many devices start to have the problem?
2. What's the LED status on the camera when it shows offline on the Tapo app? Do you watch the camera on the local or remote network?
3. Please describe your network diagram, and what's the model number of your router?
4. How often does the issue happen? How do you recover the connection after the camera goes offline?

Best Regard

  @tigramie

Hi,
Our cloud server does not have a problem now. You can refer to this post to provide more related information, and try to change the DNS server on your router and reboot your router and the camera to check if these tips help.
Best Regards

  @Userme

Hi,
1. Please send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the camera via a private message.

2. What's the LED status on the camera when it shows offline?

3. Do you have an AP/RE in your network? Is the camera connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly?

4. For example, how many times per day/week does this problem occur on the camera?
When the camera is working, go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and send us the RSSI value.

5. You can try to change the DNS server on your router and check if it will be helpful.

Best Regards
