Model: Tapo C220
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.2

Just bought 3 C220 cameras for looking after elderly family member and have had sd card initialize issues and the 2 way calls and talk is so chopped up that they can't understand me. I've seen this could be down to sound suppression issues. Can these be fixed?

Everyone seems to have issues with SD card compatibility issues why? I've seen even people with the big name cards like SanDisk have problems. If you provide a sd card slot at least make it easy to use. I'm not paying for yet another subscription service! What can I do about this?

I've only started using 1 so far as I was unable to properly setup the sd card so paused.

If all of this can't be fixed I'll be moving to a different make.

Hi,
1. The latest firmware of the Tapo C220 has changed the audio parameters to improve the audio quality. If you have a problem when using the 2-way talk feature, could you please send us a video showing the reported issue, and let us know how you record the video?

2. If you have a problem recognizing or formatting the SD card on your Tapo app, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?

If the problem remains, please check the following information.
1. What error have you seen on the Tapo app when using the SD card?
2. What's the model number, capacity, and format of your SD card?

Best Regards
