Hi!

I recently purchased two C425 cameras that came in one package, and my goal is to connect them to the Hub 200.

I’ve read that the latest firmware version (1.3.10) is required to connect these cameras to the hub.

However, I’m having trouble updating the cameras to the latest firmware. With the current firmware,

I’m unable to connect them to the hub. The main reason I bought these cameras was to use them with the Hub 200.

How can I update the firmware to version 1.3.10?

I have one week left to return the cameras if this issue can’t be resolved. I’m hoping someone here can help, as otherwise,

I’ll return these cameras and consider selling my existing ones to switch to something else.
