Model: Tapo C210
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Tapo C210 WiFi Camera not Working. LED Indication is slow blinking Green- always.

Connection to the App is lost. RESET not working by pressing the button.

Also tried the following-

  1. Tried Multiple restarts and pressing re-set switch - Not recovering.
  2. Tried pressing the RESET Switch, Still Slow Blinking Green. NOT going to Set UP mode (Red Green alternate).
  3. Tried Manual Firmware Upgrade with SDCard. . After removing SD card and power OFF -ON. Still slow Green blinking. RESET also not working.

Please advise what to be done next !!!

Hi,
1. Please press the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera, and check if the camera responds to the reset operation.

2. Please ensure the internet is stable and the router has a strong signal, power off the camera, move it close to the router, power on the camera, wait for 10 minutes, and check if the camera's LED will change.

3. If the issue remains, it's recommended to contact your retailer or local team to check if the camera is under warranty.

Best Regards
