Worst customer service for C210
Worst customer service is being provided by Tapo team. Bought Tapo C210 past year and is now out of warranty. I am facing issues with connectivity. Every day suddenly the camera doesn't connect to the Wifi and turns solid red as LED. Tried multiple troubleshooting steps:
Done reset several times
Latest firmware update
Wifi settings as Channel 11, width 44; suggest by technical team.
All troubleshooting steps are done and the camera is just placed above router.
Now the team is suggesting since it was completed one year, it is not in there scope to rectify the faulty upgrade and they told yes on call when told that should I throw it !!.
This is height of everything, first of all they don't have service centres pan India. They have only targeted metropolitan city and also now they don't have a pickup option.
I will suggest everyone to just go for any other products rather than going for this products.
