What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

If the problem remains, please check:
1. The LED status on the camera.
2. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to the router?
3. What troubleshooting you did? What were the test results?

Do you switch to Mobile Data when away from your home?

 

If connecting to another Wi-Fi network away from home, like from a friends house or club et cetera, your home modem to camera signal could be too weak.
