Hi,

 

Why did my subscription not auto renew? There are two key detections that I need to see but it just happened in the last 5 hours!! 
 

im abroad away from home!!!

Hi,
Typically, the Tapo Care plan will automatically renew unless you have canceled the subscription.  
On the Tapo app > Me > Tapo Care page, you can see if you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service. If not, it's normal that the camera's detection video clips won't be stored on our cloud server.
