Subscription is active but cloud video recording is not working as I changed my phone
I have been using tapo cloud subscription for about 8 months or so. I have changed my phone recently and added tapo care and connected my camera using my Google account that has subscription. But It seems my subscription is not working and cloud video is not recording. I can only see live video. Need urgent support on this please.
