Model: Tapo RV20 Mop Plus
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hello,

I just bought the RV20 Mop Plus today; however, after installing the app, connected and mapped the area required and left it for a couple of minutes after going back to the docking station to charge, I tried using it again, and the app wanted me to start the process of connecting the vacuum all over again, which kind of annoying as I cant do adding the vacuum over and over again each time I want to use it.

Any thoughts?.

Please clarify the problem phenomenon, what information does the app display that prompts you to re-add the device? Normally, this should not happen after the device configuration is complete. If there is a problem, the corresponding error message will appear on the device page.

Robot vacuum's mapping is done automatically, manual intervention may cause anomalies or result in mapping failure. Did you stop the robot vacuum while it was still mapping and move it back to the charging dock manually?

About the situation of adding the vacuum repeatedly, do you mean that the Vacuums page doesn't show any devices when you re-open the Tapo App?
