The RV20 robot vacuum exhibits unusually frequent spinning behavior while executing the cleaning operation, resulting in a longer cleaning time. The cleaning report shows various circle cleaning paths.
Troubleshooting Suggestions
1. Clean the LiDAR sensor. If there are stains on the sensor surface that cannot be wiped off with a dry cloth, wipe it with a wet cloth first and then wipe it dry.
2. Check whether the issue only occurs in certain areas, such as the place with thick carpet.
3. Restart the robot vacuum by switching its side ON/OFF button.
