Model: Tapo C310
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

Camera blinks red after power interruption. I turn it off for 15 minutes and turn it on then it works again. The problem still persists if I turn it off and on again without waiting for 15 minutes. I tried to factory reset the device but the problem is still the same. I tried a different power adapter and the problem is still the same. I can’t access the web emergency mode.

Hi,
Typically, the Tapo camera will reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network after a power failure. If it's not connected, you can:
1. Ensure the router's Wi-Fi is operational.
2. Disable the Smart Connect function on the router if it has been enabled. Set Different Wi-Fi names for 2.4GHz and 5GHz Bands.
3. Reserve an IP address for the camera on the router, and change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for a try.
Best Regards
