I have two issues.

1 - The internet I'm using is open, without a password. Is there a way for me to connect the camera?

2 - The internet I'm using has a password, but for the initial access, you need to accept the terms of use. How do I connect the camera?

In first case the wifi doestn appear to me in the setup process and in the second when I set the wifi in my phone to sincronize with the camera, doesn't complete.
