Camera doesnt light during the night

Shouldn't the lights shine during night when its dark? It lights up when entering live view but turns off as soon as i leave the app.

Hi,
The Tapo C420 is a battery camera and will go into sleep mode when you leave the live view page or do not detect events, and then the spotlight will turn off automatically. When you watch the live view page or the camera detects events, the camera wakes up and then the spotlight will turn on according to your settings.
