I just bought a Tapo C210.

I plugged it in and now it is currently showing a blinking red light and won't turn into the alternating green-red. 

I have tried holding the reset button but it doesn't do anything. I've also tried disconnecting it from the power and letting it sit for a while before plugging it back it. But it still doesn't work.

Any suggestions?
