Solide red light tapo c210

After almost a month, I've disconnected the camera for 2 days and when plugged it in back a solid red light appeared.
First I thought it was the WiFi so I turned off the WiFi and tried again, then I deleted the camera from the app do that I could reset restart from the beginning, BUT nothing work....

1. Turn off the camera, move it close to the router, and turn it back on.
2. Wait for 10 minutes and check if the LED has changed.
3. If not, press the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera and check if the LED on the camera will change.
4. If the camera does not respond to the reset operation, you can contact your retailer or local team to check if your camera is under warranty.
