I've noticed several members on this forum complain about video quality. Recently, I caught someone peeking through my window, but despite having the footage, I can't make out his face due to pixelation and ghosting.

The video is recorded at a resolution of 2560x1440 with 15fps. However, the entire 49-second clip is only 9MB in size. The individual was just 3-5 meters away, yet the details are heavily pixelated.

I updated the camera's firmware, ensured the app is up-to-date, and set the recording to the highest quality available. Despite these measures, I still can't discern a car's license plate or recognize someone if they're more than 5 meters away.
