Hi,

So I'm paying for the Tapo Care subscription and I noticed my camera is not recording the last 7 days as expected. I'm away at the moment, and the only reason I'm paying for the subscription is for recording, and there is no way to complain with TP link except here.

Camera is on, I can see live action.

Hmm, paid for a monthly subscription because it supposed to provide less false alerts but even more arised so canceled it and now the cameras don't even record anything (just receive alerts but when selected, it shows only actual view)
