My camera has not been recording to the cloud for the past 2 weeks, and I am unable to play back the recordings. Looking for some feedback or suggestions to resolve this issue.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if your camera does not upload detection video clips to the cloud server.
Troubleshooting for cloud video recordings of Tapo Camera
 

Please help confirm the following information if you need further assistance.
1. The MAC address of the Tapo camera. (You can send it to Solla-topee via a private message) 
2. The troubleshooting results of the above steps.
