I purchased a tapo lamp and installed it yesterday. It worked normally during the day, I was able to set it up, change colors, connect with alexa, all perfect. But when morning came it just did not turn on anymore. I tried using the normal light switch, alexa and the tapo app, but none were able to turn on. I tried reconnecting the light bulb and turning on and off my apartment's energy source but it does not turn on. It blinks a bit and then it keeps off. Can i save this lamp or get a replacement? I bought it on amazon, but already open the package.
