I just bought and installed four Tapo L530 color-changing bulbs. I can control them with the app, change the color, etc., but when I select 'turn off,' they simply change to a dim yellow and don't actually turn off. The app says they are disabled, and if I select to turn them on, they return to the last color they had when they were on, but they don't turn off completely. This happens to me quite often; I've had these bulbs for a month now.

Please carefully check the specifications on the packaging of your smart bulb to ensure that its rated input voltage matches the voltage of your home circuit.

This issue is likely due to the bulb being used at an unsupported high voltage, such as a 120V bulb being used in a 220V circuit.

When you set the bulb to color mode (not white light), do you notice any color deviation? Does this issue occur only when the bulb is turned off while setting a specific color?

And how did you manage to successfully turn off the bulb when the problem occurs? Turn it on&off several times? Disconnect the power to restart the smart bulb?

Please share a video demostrating this problem if possible. You may post video link here or send to me via pm.
