Hey guys can anyone help me please 

I have 2 c200 cameras and 1 tc70 set up and I have upgraded my phone for the s20 ultra to the s21 ultra and I have installed the app and logged in and all I am getting is the view screen with a spinning circle in the middle nothing loads in all 3 cameras but all working on my tablet I have disconnected my phone off the WiFi and put onto mobile data and nothing and I have restarted one of the cameras and relinked on my phone and still nothing sk please can anyone give me advise with what to do next as I view cameras when I am out and about and it is important the only way I can see what going on is by clicking one of the tapo care saved videos
