Does a reset of the HS300 cause the individual ports to power cycle?

I ask because I was using the strip to monitor the power consumption of my home network. I can deal with turning off everything but two of the devices (power interruption requires about 2 hours of work to get everything back to working properly (Domain Controller, Hypervisor controller with DRS and HA, reverse proxy, all on the same cluster and using HSTS, plus the datastores on NAS on the same strip).

The strip was working fairly normally and then it stopped reading reality for wattage. If I have to deal with it, that is fine, but I will need to plan a couple of hours to recover.
