Hello everyone,

I have bought the Tapo C100 and I love how records, I inserted a micro SD card of 128 GB and it records really well, however, when I remove the SD card and insert it in my computer only few videos of recordings work, the other ones doesn't work. So that means that most of the recording I can't see it. Do you know why this problem is happening? Am I exporting correctly the video files?.
