Model: Tapo C100  
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version:

128GB card formatted correctly from within the tapo app. Recording schedule set to continuous and loop delete switched on.

 

Records for a couple of hours, then all recordings disappear and it says no SD card inserted. If I remove and reinsert the card, camera records again for another couple of hours. Rinse and repeat.

 

Any help appreciated, cheers.

Good day,

Sorry for the delay.

May I know the brand & model of the SD card, as well as its storage capacity and format type?---A picture of the card, would be highly appreciated;

How long have you had the camera and when did this issue start?

Are you able to test the camera with a different SD card to check if the SD card slot is not broken or has a bad connection?

By the way, when the APP said, no SD card inserted, if you take out the SD card and put it into the computer, would there be any video files inside?
