Hello,

I recentrly bought a HS110(FR) outlet.

Hardware version : 2

The energy monitor is working well when I plug it on my PC, but when it's on my 3D printer the energy monitor is showing 0 values everywhere... could you please explain me why it's doing this ?!

@Rapace

Thanks for the information provided.

What about the power consumption of the 3D printer? Have you ever tried to change another socket or reboot the plug to give it a go?

@Kevin_Z

The printer is a 2kW.

The plug is reporting false positive when turned off also...

Very strange.

Already rebooted and factory reset, nothing to do with it...
