Hi I just installed my new camera. KC120

 

When I tap "Cameras" (the symbol in the app). I see the name of my camera but it just spins a loading symbol forever.

 

I guess this is why i also cannot cast this camera to my chromecast.

 

I have tried setting up the camera again to no avail.

What is the led status of the KC120? 

 

Please move it closer to the main router and test whether you can see the liveview.

 

Besides, you can try to hard reset by holding the reset button for 15s and reconfigure it to give it a shot.
