Smart Plug will not turn off :( Any suggestions?

Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :

Hi,
Have a HS110 - but it will not turn off.
The app says it is off, but it is still on.
If I turn it back 'on' - I hear a click and in the app the icon goes green.
Power remains on all the time.
Any suggestions?
