I have a space heater set up and I turn the smart plug on manually when I get home but i want it to shut off at 11pm in case I forget to do so.   I have just a turn of at 11pm schedule set but it never turns off.

@slatimer72

Good day,

Sorry for the delay.

May I know the model number of your smart plug?

How about the hardware and firmware version about it?

After creating the schedule, if you go back to the device list, would you see there is an on-going schedule under the plug?

And please also check the device time of the smart plug to see if it had the correct time.

By the way, is the timer working fine on the plug?

Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

ahh there is the issue.  My device time is two hours behind what time it is here.  Time zone seems wrong but when I go into settings and its shows the correct time zone for my account.  My other plug that I have on a timer is working fine and showing the correct time.

HS105(US)3.3 is model number

Hardware version 4.0

Firmware Version 1.0.2

Just did a timer and it turned off fine after 2 minutes
