I have 2 Smart plugs which were working perfectly well. I changed my broadband provider and now I can't get them to see the network. I have deleted them both from Kasa and tried to reinstall them but when I power them up they both display a red light indicating that they can't see the network. Do I have to delete the previous configuration? if so how do I do it? I hope someone cn help'

Press the setting button for 10-15s to hard reset to factory default.
Then, try to reconfigure them.
