System led flashing red

Hi tplink team,
My new tplink NC450, work properly after create an user in the tplink cloud, can I use it, only with the web utility, the android tpCamera does not found it.
After a while, the led system, is flashing red, and nothing else happen!!!!! It does not work anymore.
What it means that? is damaged?
